International Financial Institutions

Industrialized and developing countries find themselves in an increasingly interdependent relationship due to globalization. In recent years, the international community has faced a wide range of new opportunities, but also numerous new challenges such as the global financial and economic crisis of 2008/09, pandemics, the unequal distribution of resources, climate change, migration, and more. The International Financial Institutions (IFIs) provide Austria with a suitable platform to contribute to addressing these challenges.
