Government Liabilities

The figures set out in the following table cover the assumption of government liabilities according to the relevant authorisations contained in the respective Federal Finance Act or in a separate federal law. The basic terms and conditions of authorisation for the assumption of government liabilities are set out in § 82 BHG 2013 (Bundeshaushaltsgesetz/Federal Budget Law).
