Office for National Emissions Trading
 

The Office for National Emissions Trading (AnEH) is a separate department within the Customs Authority Austria that is responsible for the procedures relating to national emissions trading (2022 national commercial law on emissions certificates) and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). The aim is to halt climate change and promote the switch to more climate-friendly energies.
