Contact-information

Customs Competence Centres

The competence centres are service units of the Austrian customs administration. In addition to their important central duties, they predominantly act as general points of information or helpdesks.
Their services include:

  • quickly responding to complex or technical enquiries;
  • quickly informing the business community of any legal or procedural changes (via the internet, newsletters, serial letters etc.);
  • corresponding with the central offices of other EU customs administrations.

If you have any enquiries, please select the appropriate competence centre by clicking on it. A form opens for you to complete and your enquiry will be automatically forwarded to the appropriate office. If you have any questions about  existent procedures (e.g. customs declarations, appeals, approvals), please contact your customs office.
